PANCHRATNA AVENUE

An upcoming seven-storied mixed-use building at Morabadi, Ranchi. The built form is based on a podium-tower typology, with commercial use on the first three floors and residential use on the next five. Perforated screens reduce the solar heat gain factor of the commercial glass facade, while a round pergola complements the staggered form of the apartments. The units have been strategically oriented to be vastu-compliant and open on two sides.
